We are committed to protecting the privacy of clients, builders and website visitors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit through our enquiry form (name, email, phone, site address).
• Job details you share when booking drying services.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used to keep the site secure.
• Aggregated analytics through Google Analytics (if enabled). You can opt out via your browser settings.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and quote your work.
• To deliver services on your site, including reports to your nominated builder, BCA and insurer.
• To send infrequent service updates (you can opt out).

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share job-level information only with the parties needed to deliver the work (your builder, your insurer, the BCA), and with our subcontractors under confidentiality.
