By engaging XEMT Limited for structural drying services, or by using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Quotes & pricing

Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing assumes safe site access, mains power and the conditions described in the quote.

Performance & reporting

We deliver structural drying using IICRC-aligned methods and document moisture readings to NZBC E2/AS1. Final sign-off is by calibrated moisture readings against the agreed target spec.

Trade accounts

Trade accounts are invoiced monthly on 20th-of-month terms. Disputed invoices must be raised within 7 days of issue.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We carry $5M public liability cover. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the Christchurch courts.
